It's safe and good for you to dance if you have NO PREGNANCY RISKS OR COMPLICATIONS, and you doctor allows you physical activity.

    After childbirth, when you are ready to resume exercising. Normally, when all scars and tears heal. It is individual, and clearance from your doctor is needed.

Yes! You can definitely benefit from this course if you are not pregnant or postpartum right now! :) If you want to learn basic body moves and put them together in combos, strengthen your back and pelvic muscles and improve your body posture.

about me

I'm Vera Mishina, a bellydancer, teacher and choreographer.
My sixteen years of experience in arabic and tribal bellydancing are packed into this course, as well as Bollywood dancing, yoga, and pilates.
When recording this course,
I was 37 and pregnant with my first baby girl.
